Filtered Powder Coating Cabinets are environmentally friendly products with high dust retention capacity.
Filtered cabinets are preferred for easy color change.
In Filtered Powder Coating Cabinets, the dust paint particles absorbed by the fan adhere to the filter.
The dust paint particles adhering to the filter are discharged into the cabin through automatic blow-off valves.
The dust paint particles poured into the cabin are transferred to the sieve system or drawer located under the cabin, separated from foreign materials, and then transferred to the Powder Coating Gun Reservoir.
The number of filters in the cabin is determined by the fan flow rate, the size of the part to be painted, and the number of guns in the cabin.
Filtered Powder Coating Cabinets are produced from Stainless Steel, PVC, ST 37 (Painted Sheet), or Galvanized Sheet material based on customer preference.

Powder coating cabinets are manufactured modularly from 1.5mm and 2mm DKP sheet.

They can be manufactured from ST37 (Painted Sheet), Galvanized sheet, PVC, or stainless steel material upon request.

All parts of the cabin are disassembled and all connections are bolted.

The inner and outer surfaces of the cabins are coated with electrostatic powder paint.
