In these cabins, the air drawn in by the suction fan is filtered, and the powder paint that cannot adhere to the surface of the part is captured by the filters, preventing it from escaping into the external environment. The cleaning of the filters is done during the operation of the cabin using the reverse blowing method. The paint particles poured into the cabin are directed to the sieve system located under the cabin, where they are filtered and cleaned of foreign substances. The powder paint, which has been filtered and cleaned of foreign substances, is then transferred back to the powder paint gun reservoir, thus allowing the recycling of the powder paint into the system.
When designing our cabins, the number of filters and fan capacities are determined according to the size of the product to be painted by our customers and the number of guns to be placed inside the cabin.
