Izomak Batch Type EPS Blowing Machine includes PLC and touch panel for automatic production tracking, automatic feeding, electronic weighing system, temperature control, and material level control.
With the electronic weighing system and level control system, the density of the material is adjusted to hold the bead particles homogeneously.
The heat and pressure inside the tank are controlled by a high precision pressure control system, ensuring the desired heat and pressure are applied to the particles.
The automatic material feeding system and weighing system increase efficiency.
Closed type fixed pressure tank has high heat efficiency.
Provides 50% energy savings compared to continuous blowing.
The machine is connected to a fluid drying bed.
This bed automatically dries the inflated particles and sends them to the resting silos after filtering.
