Styrofoam is a 100% recyclable material. Broken styrofoam is mixed with new styrofoam in a certain ratio to be recycled again.
izomak EPS Mixing Unit is used for this mixing process.

The Styrofoam Mixing Unit has two proportioners on top of the mixing chamber. The styrofoam filled in the silos on the proportioners mixes broken material with new material in a ratio of %5 to %50 (these ratios can be changed upon request).
This proportioning is done with electronic speed control devices. It is also possible to produce blocks with only new products without using any broken material.
The silos are automatically filled with broken styrofoam and new styrofoam. The izomak styrofoam mixing machine works in an integrated manner with the Block machine, continuously feeding the Block machine. The mixing ratios can also be easily adjusted through the Block machine.
