Description
Duravis EPV 100-04
Pulse Solenoid Valve
Explanation:
DURAVIS EPV 100 Series Pulse Valves; It is generally used to periodically transfer particles accumulated in paint, cement, sand, dust collection systems, filter systems and the lines used in these systems. DURAVIS EPV 100 Series Pulse Valves are produced with single diaphragm or double diaphragm. Pulse solenoid valves with 3/4″ and 1″ connection sizes have a single diaphragm. Pulse solenoid valves with large connection sizes such as 1 1/2″ have double diaphragms. Double diaphragm valves are advantageous in terms of operation compared to single diaphragm valves.

The inlet and outlet connections of DURAVIS Pulse Solenoid Valves form a 90 degree angle. It has the feature of sending compressed air in the form of a pulse (shock). For this reason, these valves work only with compressed air and deliver this air pulse for a very short time. Even if energy continues to be supplied, the permeability does not continue in the form of a pulse. Therefore, they are operated by applying energy for short periods of time. DURAVIS Pulse valves; It is a normally closed valve, but it becomes open when a pulse is given to shock it. Shocking occurs by giving an average of 100 ms of energy. The freezing interval is set by the user.
Since the pulse solenoid valves in the EPV 100 Series are mounted on the coil body, the dust filter system takes the control from the time relay, and the time relay controls the system by taking the control from the differential pressure relay. It is possible to control sequential pulse valves with DURAVIS time relays (TIMER). These time relays; It is produced with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64 outputs, in a protective box, with adjustable pulse duration and waiting time interval.
