This automatic model is specifically designed for punching papers in various sizes.

It is ideal for punching high-volume calendar sheets.

Operation Method:

After placing materials of different thicknesses (paper, cardboard, etc.) into the machine’s chamber, they are taken from the elevator in batches of 1.5-2.0 mm and sent to the punching station. Here, the materials are punched under registration using a special apparatus and stacked in a fishbone pattern on the collection conveyor with the numeric order preserved, aided by a belt.

Features:

– Punches a maximum of 2.5 mm (standard 1.5 mm) material per stroke.

– Maximum paper size 550 x 550 mm

– Minimum paper size 160 (punching side) x 120 mm

– Speed: 120 strokes/min.

– Maximum edge punching distance 40 mm

– The operator ensures continuous operation by loading continuously

Standard Punching Tools:

– GF-55/3G: 550 mm punching length, ratio 3:1, hole 3.7×4.0mm, including calendar hanger hole

– GF-55/3: 550 mm punching length, ratio 3:1, hole 3.7×4.0mm

– GF-55/2: 550 mm punching length, ratio 2:1, hole 4.7×5.0mm
