Description
• The flow balancer is used to mix different types and qualities of wheat in silos in the desired amount in a sensitive manner. This way, product quality and production efficiency can be kept under control and ensures the desired capacity is realized in a stable manner.
• The flow balancer measures with a maximum ± 1.5% accuracy.
• The flow balancer unit, combined with the mechanical parts, calculates the flow rate and quantity of the product passing through the system, and opens or closes the pneumatic valve accordingly.
• Bale specifics can be entered, monitored, and changed from the machine, operator panels, or central control unit.
• Additionally, it allows monitoring the information related to the product passing through the system in kg/hour or proportional (%).
