Full Automatic Prefabricated Chimney and Base Element Machine
Construction (Main Frame): Our machine construction is made of high-strength construction (ST 52) (ST 37) high-quality steels. It is produced on special production benches and manufactured at 0 level and calibration, and eliminates the level inaccuracies experienced in the construction site. The upper filling connection group and lower vibrator group of our machine are completely processed with CNC machines. Our machine is the first and only Full automatic Base element in Turkey. It is unbeatable in this class of machines.
Vibrator System: The vibration system used in our machine is a liquid oil closed circulation system. The automatic lubrication system is activated with the operation of the machine. Oil return control is provided with a sensor for user errors and safety is ensured on the panel. The bearings used in the vibrator are preferred as SKF or FAG. The vibrator power adjustment can be adjusted STEPLESSLY at any time from the control panel. This provides time and labor savings for the customer. (There is absolutely no need to disassemble the vibrator from the machine when adjusting.)
Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system used in our machine is BOSCH-REXROTH (German) brand. All hydraulic equipment, valves, pistons, and other circuit elements used in the system are tested at BOSCH-REXROTH’s test center before coming to our company. After the machine assembly is carried out in our company, the operation of the system is checked, adjustments are made, and it is ready for shipment. Our hydraulic units are placed in the machine pit in accordance with occupational health and safety conditions. Thus, hydraulic unit noise, temperature, and area losses are eliminated. There are heat, oil level, and contamination sensors on our hydraulic unit. This keeps the system under constant control. A SERVO motor is used in the hydraulic unit, which also provides energy savings.
Control Panel: Our machine control panel is designed so that the OPERATOR can easily use the machine. You can make all adjustments via Industrial PC. All materials used in the panel are SCHNEIDER (German). The control panel provides easy adjustment of the machine’s hydraulic unit temperature, oil service, and vibrator power. Business, labor, and time losses are prevented.
Bunker and Mortar Distributor: Our machine has a 2.5 m³ capacity mortar tank. With the mortar distributor, the mortar coming from the bunker tank ensures a more homogeneous distribution.
Safety and Sensor: Our machine is equipped with sensors and switches in accordance with the health and safety of the work and the worker. Process sequences are set with sensors to minimize accidents that may occur by the operator. Steel protections are used for moving parts around the machine for safety measures. Emergency STOP buttons are installed in the machine pit and various points. The descent and ascent to the machine pit are realized with the ladder provided with the machine.
Product Transport and Steaming: The products produced by our machine are taken to the steam giving area with a forklift. Our machine does not require a crane for production. Our machine automatically brings the product to the forklift receiving point. Product transport is easily carried out through our specially designed palettes for forklift acquisition, and there is no need to flip the palette to start a new production.
Molds and Pallets: All our molds and linings are made of St52 Steel. Our pallets are specially designed for forklift acquisition. OUR PALETS ARE MANUFACTURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ILLER BANKASI STANDARDS AND DIN 4032-4035 NORMS. Our pallets are completely manufactured in CNC lathes. Before shipment, the pallets are packaged with special packaging method. There is no rusting problem until the first use with special protective wax.
