Fully Automatic Volumetric Servo Filling Packaging Machine

It is used for filling viscous products such as sauce, ajvar, pincur, roasted eggplant, etc. The product, which is a Fully Automatic Filling Machine, has all contact surfaces made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel, and images and videos of our 6-head model are available on our website. We have different numbers of filling heads for different capacities. Our machine is servo motor-driven, and the filling weight is adjusted from the screen. The servo motor allows the filling to be done at the desired speed, either increasing or decreasing. No mechanical adjustment is required for weight changes. Our model designed for roasted eggplant filling consists of screen-adjustable weight-controlled oil filling, servo-controlled volumetric filling, a boxer system that pushes the eggplants into the jar after filling, and screen-adjustable weight-controlled brine filling.
