Description
- Piano and Upright type control panels are used to ensure control and traceability security in facilities. They are designed according to the place of use and purpose.
- In Piano and Upright type panels, the flow diagram of the process under control is included, and the monitoring of the whole process is provided through this flow diagram.
- Thus, the operation of the system is monitored step by step, and possible faults are communicated to the operator with LEDs and audible warnings.
- Piano panels operate in coordination with MCC panels.
It enables local interventions to be made without stopping the whole system when starting, stopping, or in case of malfunctions of the process/system. - The sheet metal parts of our panels are manufactured with the highest technology in world standards.
- The sheets used in our products are Erdemir products, DKP sheet, 6112 DIN EN 10130-99 DC01, galvanized sheet 1311 DIN EN 10142-00 DX51 D+Z, stainless sheet is of 304 or 316 (1.4301) quality in compliance with the norms.
- Labeling and cable color coding are done tailored to the situations for ease of assembly, fault finding, quick intervention in case of error/fault and problem solving.
- The electrical panels we produce have been tested and certified up to 5000 A.
- In addition, our panels provide protection against dust and other particulate leakage from outside under IP44 conditions.
- All materials used in the manufacture of INDUSTRIAL, type-tested and TSE-certified electrical panels such as sheet metal parts and switchgear materials are branded products at world standards.
