The Pneumatic Roll is used for rough and high grinding processes of cleaned product.

The Single Layer Pneumatic Roll performs the grinding process with two pairs of parallel rolls, one gear or flat, with different diameters according to the characteristics of the product to be ground.

The product taken into the machine from the glass inlet nozzle is distributed as a homogeneous curtain between the grinding rolls that rotate towards each other, through the grinding rollers.

As the product reaches the glass inlet nozzle of the unit, the rolls approach each other due to the activating force, the grinding rollers start to move and ensure the product flows at the same level. When the product is completely finished, the air piston pushes the rolls apart and the grinding curtain closes completely.

The circulation of the product between the Rolls and Screen continues until the desired result is achieved.
