Description
Milk Cash Tank
- It has a horizontal cylindrical type and double-walled structure.
- Insulation interval is 60mm and is insulated with high-density polyurethane. CFC-free.
- It has a first wall and main body made of 2.5mm stainless steel sheet. The second wall body and dome are made of 1.5mm stainless steel sheet.
- A watertight manhole cover with a diameter of 500 mm is located on the tank. It has ventilation. There is a DN 50 standard stainless steel outlet valve at the outlet section.
- The outlet collector is made of 60 mm diameter stainless steel pipe and connected to tanks with stainless records.
- The tanks have a CIP washing head. There is also a complete CIP line.
- There is a milk filling line in all tanks.
- There is a tank made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet and the tank's bottom platform.
- TIG argon welding is done, and first-class smooth polishing is applied to the welding points.
- The underside of the truck body is made of black material and is in a flat salt shape. The paint is corrosion resistant.
- At the delivery of the body, there will be one cabinet, spare tire cabin, and mudguards on it.
- The tank welds are of EN 287-1 standard and have an EN 287-1 Welder Certificate. It is ISO 9001:2008 Quality certified.
