GENERAL FEATURES
–Our Roasting Ovens are horizontal type ovens and their capacities are between 50 kg/h and 6000 kg/h. – These ovens, which have the most suitable system for roasting all kinds of nuts, can also be easily used for drying vegetables, fruits or other fresh products. – The separate chamber roasting system, which is an important feature of these ovens, preserves the aroma of the product to a significant extent. – Discharging burnt gases out of the system without contacting the product extends the product shelf life. – Our furnaces are made entirely of stainless steel profile and sheet (AISI 304 CrNi). – Natural gas, LPG or diesel oil is used as fuel in the heating system. – The roasting air circulation in the system is provided from top to bottom and bottom to top respectively, and with the help of this feature, homogeneous product roasting process can be carried out. – The roasting band is a completely stainless steel wire mesh band and the speed of the band can be controlled with the help of an AC motor driver. In addition, in large capacity ovens, the movement of the band can be controlled with the help of the band balancing system. – Since the cooling fan has high flow rate air circulation, it lowers the roasted product to room temperature and makes it suitable for packaging. – Thanks to the curtain belt exit mechanism designed for breakable products such as peanuts, breakage problems have been solved.
