120 + 120 Litre Ice Cream Aging Tank
The pasteurized ice cream mix is cooled to +4 degrees and aged at this temperature. ICETECH model aging tanks are specially designed for this purpose.
The modern cooling system and mixer design ensure the perfect aging of the mixture and prevent the formation of ice film on the tank wall.
The mixer speed can be adjusted with inverter control.
