Design

Immersion line; used in cases where production capacities are not high compared to spray lines and the plant area is limited. The quality of the process applied to the material surface before Powder Coating / Wet Coating is an important factor that affects the life of the paint layer.

Even if it is exposed to any external factors, the material that has undergone a good surface treatment is less affected by corrosion than paint layers.

As a result of the immersion or spray application, a coating of 0.2 – 2.0 gr/m² occurs. Coating thickness varies depending on time, temperature, PH, and duration. Quality and coating thickness change when outside the appropriate parameters. Increasing the coating thickness more will not actually improve the quality as is commonly believed.

IMMERSION WASH LINES

 

Designed suitable for the preferred surface treatment PP and Stainless materials.

 

The tank side is insulated with 59 mm. Isocam.

 

Tanks requiring heating can be manufactured with coil, electric, or burner heating.

 

Temperature control is done via Digital Thermostat.

 

Butterfly valves are used in tanks.

 

KWH PHOSPHATE:

Oil removal (50-80 °), Rinsing (Cold), Iron Phosphate (50-60 V), Rinsing (Cold), Rinsing (Cold), Passivation / Optional (25-50 C'), Drying (50-60 C')

IRON PHOSPHATE 2:

Oil removal, Iron Phosphate (60 C*), Rinsing (Cold), Passivation (25-50 C"), Drying (50-60 C')

 

ALUMINUM CHROMATE:

Oil removal (60 °). Rinsing (Cold), Chromate, Rinsing (Cold), Drying (50-60 C')

ZINC PHOSPHATE:

Oil removal (50-80 C"), Rinsing (Cold). Activation / Optional (Cold), Zinc Phosphate (55-75 C"), Rinsing (Cold), Passivation / Optional Drying (50-60 C')
