Impact Type Flow Scale
These are systems that are generally used to measure the flow rates of materials (such as coal powder, flour, grains, sugar, etc.) that can flow freely using the principle of free fall in the end. In addition to flow rate measurement, they work entirely like belt scales due to their operating logic.
The speed information is replaced by the impact coefficient. Because this time, the material falling from the scale is measured as a different weight due to the acceleration caused by falling. As the height is constant, they cause a proportional change in load as a constant coefficient.
Impact scales are used in places where applications of belt scales, flow scales, silo measurement systems are not possible, such as unstable ground. Their main purpose is to measure flow rates and perform dosing.
