Mixers, also known as agitators, ensure the proper mixing of fluids. They are used in wastewater treatment plants to prevent solid materials from settling at the bottom of the pool or to direct the flow. They are positioned in BIO-P (anaerobic) tanks and aeration tanks.

– Directly coupled high-speed mixers

– Medium-speed mixers with a single-stage gearbox

– Low-speed mixers with a double-stage gearbox

Operating principle: Mixers are used in chemical wastewater treatment plants for fast and slow mixing processes to ensure the complete mixing of chemicals and wastewater.

Mixers are manufactured according to the width and length of the pool, and they can be produced at desired or calculated speeds based on the project. The determining factor for the speed is the motor + reducer pair.

Since mixing systems are in contact with water, they are made of SS.304 Stainless Steel and its derivatives to resist rust and corrosion.
