5. The REM-C1 fully automatic bottle labeling machine features a sensor group consisting of a servo system step motor drive unit and fiber sensors. Thus, our machine always performs precise positioning at the same point, ensuring standard and consistent labeling.

One of the most significant features of the REM-C1 fully automatic bottle labeling machine is the application system, consisting of elastomer sponge and polymer coating conveyor provided as standard. It prevents labels from sticking crookedly or unevenly by making precise positioning, especially for labels requiring full wrapping. Additionally, the drive unit of the coating conveyor, like all other conveyor groups, has speed control.
7. In the REM-C1 fully automatic bottle labeling machine, we use our own design label dispensing module. The control of the label dispensing module is entirely done by the PLC located on the main control panel. Thanks to this feature, the entire system operates in harmony, and all adjustments of the label dispensing module can be made through a user-friendly touch-screen operator panel with an easy-to-use menu.
8. The machine's user menu is highly functional. With the manual operation menu accessible via the user-friendly touch-screen operator panel, you can manually operate units such as coating and label feeding and make physical adjustments required according to your packaging quickly. Furthermore, using the manual label application feature accessible through the manual operation menu, you can place the label in the flow path without disassembling any part and attach it by touching a button on the screen.
