Workpieces weighing between 50 kg and 50,000 kg can be welded with tig, mig/mag and submerged arc welding as a result of positioning with crescent gear or hydraulic angle adjustment. The positioner needed for most of the workpieces to be welded moves on a double axis.

 

The table on which the workpiece is mounted will rotate 360 ​​degrees on one of the axis, and 90 degrees from the opposite angle on the other axis, and the positioning of the rotations thanks to the speed control will bring it to the welding position. Elevator positioners can also be manufactured with special studies and designs.
