What is a Plastic PVC profile machine? It is an extruder machine used to produce Plastic PVC profiles in desired sizes and lengths. These machines are used for the production of PVC profiles, window profiles, PVC panels, door panels, cabinet panels, cornices, glazing beads, moldings, and similar PVC products.

They are also classified as single screw extruder lines and conical twin screw extruder lines. Single screw extruders are produced in ø50, ø70, ø90, while twin screw extruder lines are produced in ø50, ø67, ø75, ø90, ø110.
When we ask what is a Plastic PVC Profile Machine and how does it work, the principle is as follows: the main motor transmits the power to the gearbox, then to the screw barrel. The screw rotates 360 degrees around its axis, the raw material flows from the hopper into the screw, and with the resistances on the barrel it becomes molten and is carried to the die head. When the material reaches the die, it takes the shape of the mold and exits hot. After leaving the die, the material enters the vacuum calibration mold. With the help of vacuum, it takes the required shape. The water circulation inside the calibration mold cools the product. After leaving the calibration unit, the profile has reached the desired size and is cooled.
After the vacuum calibration table, the profile comes to the hauling caterpillar unit. The function of the hauler is to pull the PVC profile from the main machine at a steady speed and send it to the saw. The caterpillar must pull the profile with rubber pads without damage and transfer it to the cutting unit.
The cutting unit cuts the profile according to its specification and size. During cutting, the saw moves with the material and performs the cut. The cutter operates in synchronization with the extruder and the hauler. Cutting is done to the required length as requested by the customer. After cutting, the products are stacked in the tilting unit and are ready for use.
