Description

- It has 1 hp cutting, 2 hp helix motor, 1hp weighing motor on it, the tank and helixes are coated with shot blasting.
- The machine heats the cheese serum with steam through a pipe coil, and heats the weighing section with hot water jacket.
- The panel has a digital heat indicator and control mechanism, a speed control device for the kneading section, motor protection and photoelectric systems for the weighing section.
