Kaşar Processing Tank

It is a special machine designed for heating, fermenting, and curdling milk in a controlled way during the production process of Kasar cheese. These tanks produced in compliance with food safety standards ensure that the Kasar production process is efficient, hygienic, and of high quality.

Operating Principle & Technical Specifications

  1. Heating of Milk – The milk placed in the tank is heated homogeneously to reach the ideal fermentation temperature.

  2. Addition of Yeast and Components – When the desired temperature is reached, yeast and other components are added and distributed homogeneously through the stirring system.

  3. Curding Process – The curd is obtained by cutting the fermented milk into cubes using specially designed cutting blades.

  4. Formation of Curd – The curd matures and turns into curd mass (teleme) ready to proceed to the next stage.
