Bucket Elevator
A mechanical device used to vertically transport bulk materials such as grains, powders, sand, and cement. It is a conveying equipment that transports materials upwards in a specific capacity through buckets attached to a belt within it.
This system consists of a series of buckets attached to a rotating chain or a belt with pulleys at the top and bottom. Buckets are filled with materials at the bottom of the elevator and transported to the desired point. Upon reaching it, they unload the contents and return to the starting point.
Bucket elevators are widely used in industries such as agriculture, mining, construction, and food processing. They save space due to their compact design and require low maintenance.
