SAGA-ASC-2312 Label Cutting and Box Cutting Machine

The SAGA New ASC 2312 model label cutting and box cutting machine uses a disc-shaped pilaj blade instead of the previous version ASC-1907 model, and the cutting pressure is increased to 900 gr/m2, and the pilaj pressure is increased to 2,500 gr/m2. These new features prevent cracking effects that may occur at the cutting areas when foamless material is used.

The machine is unrivaled in its field and, despite taking up very little space, it can fracture and cut cardboard up to 400 gr/m2 thickness in 35 x 70 cm size without cracking, and can successfully produce small-volume boxes.

Moreover, the machine can cut sticker labels operator-free until you load 700 sheets.

With the machine’s wifi feature, all operators can send jobs, and thanks to the ability to find the job by reading the barcode, all operations are fully automatic.
