Kanmak KM 700 Lever Impact Press

Our lever impact press is made of cast iron and is processed on our CNC machines by our expert team. The machine consists of two cast parts and height adjustment can be made. The iron components are produced with parts that have undergone heat treatment and quenching.

The use of our machine is very easy; after attaching the upper and lower molds and making the center adjustment, it is ready for use. The center adjustment is made by loosening the Allen screw located at the back of the upper body, allowing only left-right and height adjustments. The apparatus to which the lower mold is attached can be adjusted to align forward and backward. After these adjustments, you can place your material in the upper and lower slots and perform the punching process.

Changing the mold is a one-minute process. The maintenance of the machine is very simple; the spindle system that goes up and down is cleaned nicely with grease oil once a week, and then the lubrication process is carried out.
