Altuntop long shaping machine is suitable for processing 2 or 4 pieces of food for all kinds of flour products, with non-stick, special dough kneading rollers, shaping the doughs opened in the form of pita

with a pillow and dough length adjustment mechanism to give the desired size and thickness.

Dough folding chain and roller dough scrapers are available.

Thanks to the food processing suitable, reinforced long-lasting conveyor belt woven from polyester and adjustable roller group, the dough can be shaped to a length of 420

mm.

The pressure plate can be adjusted and can be easily opened backward for cleaning.

Thanks to the (adjustable) dough centering wings, it ensures the dough moves centered on the belt.

It is made of completely stainless steel.

Thanks to its wheels, it can be easily moved to the desired location.

Cleaning and maintenance are very easy.

This machine is capable of processing all types of bread dough, including pan bread and small baguette bread.
