Vertical Steel Structure
The steel structure consists of a wall, roof and base. The production and assembly of tanks is done by both roll and sheet methods.
Insulation
To reduce heat loss and maintain the temperature regime, a thermal insulation layer is provided, covered with a protective sheath made of galvanized steel.
Loading System
It allows the oil product to be filled from the top. The input is placed above the maximum level. The entire system is mounted on the inside of the tank. The channel prevents oil from splashing during loading.
The gate valve with electric actuator is controlled remotely by the signal from the control panel.
Discharge Device
The discharge device is designed to empty tanks and release the remaining product at the bottom. It consists of a pipeline and shut-off valves.
Emptying of the tanks is carried out by an electric actuated door, which is remotely controlled by a signal from the control panel. A shut-off valve is provided for manual control.
Side Mixer
The side mixer is designed for homogenization of heavy oil stored in tanks. The device consists of a three-blade mixer shaft powered by a gear motor.
The mixer is mounted at a 90° angle to the tank. The sealing of the shaft outlet is ensured by a mechanical seal.
Heating system
The product is heated to the required temperature with the oil heater sections located at the bottom of the tank. Each heater section consists of a support frame and a tubular structure. The number of sections depends on the diameter of the tank.
Oil Distributor
The oil distributor is designed to evenly distribute heat transfer fluid to tank heaters. It consists of a two-pipe distributor (for supply and return), brackets for connection to the tank, shut-off valves and temperature and pressure sensors.
The operation of individual heating sections can be stopped manually or automatically. In automatic mode, tank heating can be stopped remotely using an electrically operated adjustable gate mounted at the outlet of the return manifold.
Steam Release Device
The steam extraction device consists of a ventilation pipe and steam trap.
Emergency Overflow Protection
In case of automation failure, when the maximum emergency level of the tank is exceeded, the product is poured into the emergency tank through a special pipe.
Control Cabinet
The tank comes with a local control board. The dashboard allows monitoring and controlling instruments in the field or remotely and can be integrated into APCS.
