Magnetic Conveyor Systems

Magnetic conveyors are conveyors used for transporting dust, scrap iron shavings, and waste parts generated after manufacturing.

Since the magnetic carrier does not come into contact with the product or shavings, there is no risk of damaging the pallet and especially the transported product. Due to the neodymium magnets used in the pallet system, they are the most expensive conveyors in terms of cost.

The control of the conveyor can be done directly through the control unit of the workbench by connecting it to a panel or socket placed on the body.

It can be manufactured according to the desired angle and dimensions based on the shavings transport capacity. It does not require very frequent and complex maintenance operations. They are robust and long-lasting.
