CIP Systems is a technically automatic cleaning application of industrial food machinery and equipment. It has a wide area of use in the dairy industry, beverage industry, biotechnology, medicine, cosmetics, health industry. CIP cleaning method is of great importance especially in solving hygiene problems in dairy enterprises.
A thorough and hygienic cleaning is provided in roughly 5 stages:
1.Pre-Wash
2. Washing with Detergent
3. Intermediate Shaking
4. Disinfection and Sterilization
5.Final Wash
The cip systems that we produce generally consist of the following equipment. Alkali tank, acid tank, water tank, water treatment tank, heating system, CIP feed and return pumps, time-temperature control equipment, filters, dosing units, hot and cold liquid storage tanks.
