Working Principle
The powder paint in the storage unit is homogenized by boiling with embossing air.
The paint applied to the pneumatic injector is absorbed by the flow air and auxiliary air and transferred to the gun. The transferred powder paint is charged with 80 kV – 100 kV (negative) electrostatic voltage thanks to the electrode set at the gun tip.
Negatively charged powder paint particles (/-) are adhered to the surface to be painted by the principle of attraction.
