Description

Maxit 12" Hotmelt Glue Spreading Machine

Hard cover – can be used in photo albums – poster applications.

The Maxit Gluing System is a system that covers a hotmelt glue layer that can be adjusted very precisely in thickness through a roller driven by a motor. It can be used for mounting large format inkjet posters on any surface, making indoor and outdoor posters, sticking photos, making hard cover coatings, and gluing on many surfaces including plastic, wood, and metal.

The Maxit Gluing System completely eliminates labor-intensive and time-consuming processes such as manual glue application, double-sided tape sticking, etc., and performs the gluing process with a very thin layer of special glue that provides a very strong adhesion under pressure to the back of your printed material in one go.

Using Maxit is extremely simple. After the machine heats up (approximately 55 minutes), pass the material you want to glue through the machine. A very thin layer of glue is applied to the back of the material. Then place it on the surface you want to stick it to and smooth it with a roller. Your gluing process will be completed in such a way that it will not separate again without the need for a drying time. There is no need for a cleaning process when using Maxit.

Working with Maxit is extremely clean. Because even if you touch the glue, it does not transfer to your hand. Additionally, the glue applied to the material does not dry immediately. This means you can apply it after a certain period of time.

With Maxit, you can use hotmelt glues with suitable properties that we provide or that you can obtain from the market.
