Features
- Vertical cylindrical models, single piece or with fully opening lid.
- Cooling system with Ep type roll bond heat exchanger plate.
- The body is made of 2.5 mm thick material, while the insulated body is made of 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Insulation is made of 60mm thickness high-density polyurethane foam material without CFC.
- Tank body is mounted on a single-piece adjustable footed chassis made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Made with Class 1 ARGON TIG welding and polished with Class 1 smooth polishing.
- Outlet is equipped with DN 40-50 male butterfly valve.
- 0.75 KW Hp 36 rpm reducer with stainless steel mixer blades attached.
- With special software, automatic mixing program operates for 3 minutes and stops for 10 minutes after reaching the desired milk cooling temperature setpoint.
- Cooling compressors are mounted on the tank's single-piece chassis.
- It has 1 piece of 4 HP evaporator, 1 condenser, and 2 fan motors.
- Cooling is done with A 404 gas.
- It can cool without icing even with low milk quantities.
- The electronic control system is mounted inside the panel. All operations are carried out through the electronic control system.
- The tank has a Class A Test Compliance Report. It has Quality Certificates for TS EN 13732 + A2, ISO 9001:2008, and EN 287-1 Welding Certification.
