Tidap TF8015/O is specially designed for mine recovery and wastewater treatment plants. This facility aims to enhance environmental sustainability by optimizing recovery in industrial wastewater treatment processes.

System Components:

1. Settling Tank

   • Outer Diameter: 3.00 m

   • Total Height: 12.00 m

   • Control System: Electric actuated valve
     The settling tank allows the heavy particles in the wastewater to settle. Its high capacity enables rapid treatment of large volumes of wastewater. The electric actuated valve allows for automatic and precise control of the process.

2. Clean Water Tank

   • Outer Diameter: 1.90 m

   • Total Height: 8.00 m
     The clean water tank is the section where water is stored after filtration. It provides storage and recovery of clean water with sufficient capacity.

3. Sludge Tank

   • Outer Diameter: 1.90 m

   • Total Height: 1.50 m

   • Mixer: Gear motor, AISI304 shaft, custom-made PE propellers
     The sludge tank is used for the storage and management of sludge separated during the treatment process. The mixing system inside the tank ensures that the sludge is mixed homogeneously, thus optimizing the sludge processing.

4. Pumping Mixer

   • Mixer: Gear motor, AISI304 shaft, custom-made PE propellers
     The pumping mixer is used to manage chemical and sludge processes. Thanks to the gear motor and durable AISI304 material structure, it provides long-lasting and efficient operation.

5. Chemical Preparation Tank

   • Capacity: 2000 lt/h

   • Structure: 3 compartments, mixers AISI304 shaft-propeller, feeding silo, control panel

   • Dosing Pump: Piston dosing pump (500 lt/h, imported)
     The chemical preparation tank ensures the preparation of necessary chemicals for water treatment. This tank, with a capacity of 2000 lt/h, operates with high precision thanks to the dosing pump and mixers.

6. Filter Press

   • Plate Size: 800×800 mm

   • Number of Plates: 15

   • Automatic Functions: Press opening-closing, plate opening, shaking fully automatic
     The filter press with a plate size of 800×800 mm and 15 plates allows for the separation of solid particles in wastewater. Thanks to the fully automatic opening, closing, and plate shaking systems, it offers operational ease and high efficiency.
