One of the main features of ALTUNTOP Doner Mobile Oven is high efficiency provided by even heat distribution, regular air circulation, and well-designed heat exchangers.

Thanks to the heat exchanger used, high heat saving and obtaining the desired product quality are achieved compared to similar machines in its class.

Burning cell (firebox) is made of special alloy stainless steel that is resistant to heat of more than 1000 degrees Celsius.

With the cassette steam system, it produces a high level of steam to ensure sufficient feeding of each ceiling.

After the product is cooked, there is a hood and exhaust system to prevent the spread of hot air and steam into the workshop.

Our oven systems working with a burner system can be easily mounted to narrow and long volume patisseries and bakeries because the burners of our ovens are mounted on the side.

Front panels, cooking chambers, and covers are made entirely of stainless steel sheet.

The oven interior lighting system placed on the doors provides excellent illumination compared to other ovens.

Touch, digital, or manual control panel is optionally attached.

Maintenance, installation, and use of the oven are easier compared to similar machines in its class.
