It is a modern production solution that combines high performance and durability. This machine, specially designed for fiber reinforced concrete applications, provides homogeneous spraying with its powerful motor system and advanced pumping capacity.

The system, which has a 2.2 kW motor power, easily applies mortar and concrete mixtures of different densities with a pumping capacity of 0–16 per minute. Thanks to the 80-liter vibration motor, the material flow occurs continuously and evenly. The mechanically adjustable capacity between 0–300 revolutions provides flexibility and control during use.

The completely pistonless sliding system structure offers quick assembly and ease of maintenance. The steel casing and chassis provide a long-lasting structure, while the rail system design allows the machine to be easily transported and positioned. The remote-controlled system that can be opened and closed from the arm offers practical control for the user. The 3 separate regulator air panel on it allows for precise adjustment at the desired bar.

The easy disassembly and assembly of spare parts shortens maintenance time and increases production efficiency.

Mortar Mixing Unit

The mortar mixing unit that works integrated with the machine has a 5.5 kW motor power and offers both 750 revolutions and 1500 revolutions working features. The dual-speed system ensures that mixtures of different densities are prepared homogeneously. With a 60-liter mixing capacity and steel casing-chassis structure, it provides high performance in long-term uses.
