Description

ErichHahn OBP Oxidized Bitumen Plant

The ErichHahn OBP bitumen production plant is designed to produce road bitumen from fuel oil (tar) by-products obtained from vacuum distillation. The oxidation of tar is carried out in column and tubular type devices, and the composition of oxidized bitumen is achieved.

The plant can operate continuously and can be easily modified to produce different types of bitumen. It can also operate when there is a change in the tar composition or in the group composition of tar.

OBP Advantages

Plant capacity up to 50 t/h.

Modular design and high-tech equipment enable quick installation for new plants and modernization of existing production facilities.
