The Tuna Fully Automatic Big-Bag Filling System is specially designed for industrial heavy-duty conditions. It can fill semi-finished products into Big-Bag bags on the factory premises. It has a sturdy body, weighing, and conveying unit.

The system can perform precise weighing up to 2,000 kg with SB stainless steel load cells and Tuna T360L Indicator. This hydraulic automatic filling system operates at a speed of 20-40 t/h with a precision of 1/1000.

Thanks to the hydraulic system, the products fit snugly and facilitate easy transfer with euro pallet design. Daily, weekly, monthly weighing information can be obtained from the control panel, and this information is automatically saved to a flash drive or sent to systems such as MRP, SAP via Ethernet.
