Parts Washing Machine with Rotary Basket with Shock Absorber

The parts to be washed are placed on the basket, which is placed on a stainless rotating platform with a sliding system, and are subjected to rotating basket washing with high pressure detergent and water in a closed cabin.

Washing process is carried out to clean the oil, sawdust, dirt and waste on the dirty surfaces from different angles by means of timed pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate.

By filtering the water with a recirculation system, parts washing is designed to minimize the consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time (labor).
