Description

Pneumatic Combustion System Steam Heat Plant

GENERAL FEATURES

  • The smaller the size of the fuel particles, the more contact there is with air (oxygen), and the better the combustion. Pneumatic combustion and fluidized bed combustion systems are examples of this.

  • In the pneumatic combustion system; when the fuel is sent into the furnace in a turbulent manner, it draws circles inside the furnace and burns in the air while falling onto the grate. Larger pieces complete their combustion on the grate.

  • When the portion accumulated on the grate is well mixed, very good combustion is achieved.

  • With this system, cheap powdered coal, wood powder, sunflower husk, shredded paper scraps, cotton scraps, etc. can be successfully burned in sizes of 0..20 mm, including waste and shredded fabric scraps.
