Portable Sample Bending Cutting Polishing And Abrasion Micrograph Measurement System

Microlab ML 3002 facilitates the reliable processing of micro samples anywhere without an electrical connection. The device can operate for about eight hours with a fully charged battery. A sample holder is included for samples up to 4 mm2.

After compressing the sample, the holder is placed on a guide rail, and the sample passes through by manually directing it to the cutting and grinding station. The holder will then be removed from the rail and placed under the microscope. The electronic fine polishing unit EFP can now begin the polishing process. The polishing pen with electrolyte liquid will be applied to the cut surface of the test piece fixed to the sample holder. The “cleaning” process can be monitored on the screen. When the individual wires of the BENDING can be clearly seen, the analysis and measurement of the bending section can be initiated.
