Precast Base Element Molds

Our molds are produced according to the desired diameter and specifications.

A special braking system is used for worker and occupational safety.

Thanks to the system applied in the outer molds, integrated or normal production can be made.

The inner molds can be made of fiber or, if desired, steel.

Thanks to the movable mechanism applied at the entrances and exits, curtain concrete (wall) can be left in the product if desired.

Thanks to the special mechanism in the entrance-exit pallet locking system, the pallet locks easily and does not open during vibration.

The centers of the entrances and exits can be changed with the adjustment wedge on the outer mold.
