Product Information:
R- 422 Wire Binding Machine
The R-422 is a special semi-automatic machine made for thick notebook jobs by Rilecart.
The closing process of the spiral ring is realized by the differential movement of one of the gripping jaws following a curved trajectory, ensuring that large diameter wires close without deformation.
This machine is the ideal machine before transitioning to a fully automatic model for those who make notebooks, books, and catalogs.
Excellent quality is achieved in large diameters and thicknesses.
Operating Method :
Basic information is loaded into the computer: step (progress), diameter, number of loops, placed product: The machine automatically unwinds the coil, cuts to the desired length according to the number of loops, and transfers the product onto a magnetic vibrating rod. This rod brings the cut wire to the binding position where special compression jaws are located. Here, the operator places the pre-punched paper stack by leaning it against the back support on the table. The open ends of the spiral wires automatically face the punchers. Finally, the closing process is completed by pressing the foot pedal.
The operator manually takes the finished products from the table and places them on the side table.
