R-500 is one of Rilecart’s most popular models and is especially the fastest semi-automatic machine in the world for calendar binding.

It is possible to make 1,500 calendar bindings per hour with an experienced operator.

This machine is the previous model before transitioning to a fully automatic system for those who bind calendars.

Now With Calendar Hanger Bending Apparatus

An apparatus that bends the straight calendar hanger will be introduced for the first time at Drupa for R500.

Those who purchase R500 at Drupa will be able to bend the hanger themselves.

Operation Method :

The desired size and number of tabs are loaded into the machine by the operator: The machine automatically unrolls the coil, counts and cuts the spirals, and delivers them to the binding area. Here, the operator places the pre-punched stack of paper against the back support and onto the machine table. The open ends of the spiral wires automatically align with the holes. The binding process is completed by pressing the foot pedal. If hanging calendars are being made, the hanging wire is also automatically mounted. The bound product is manually removed from the table by the operator and placed on the side table.
