R-800 Wire Binding Machine 

The R-800 is a larger version of Rilecart's most popular R 500 model, designed to work very efficiently, especially in large calendar binding.

With an experienced operator, it is possible to bind 1,200 calendars per hour.

Operating Method:

The desired size and number of tabs are loaded into the computer by the operator: The machine automatically unwinds the coil, counts and cuts the spirals, and sends them to the binding place. Here, the operator places the pre-punched paper stack against the back support on the machine table. The open ends of the spiral wires automatically face the punchers. The binding process is completed by pressing the foot pedal. If a hanging calendar is being made, the hanging wire is also automatically mounted. The operator manually takes the bound product from the table and places it on the side table.
