TOLER-MAK Glass sandblasting machines are fully automatic machines that operate with a single touch – one-touch close. The operator places the glass on the conveyor and adjusts the speed of the glass’s progress through speed control. Then, the glass enters the sandblasting area, and the nozzles automatically scan the mold placed on top of the glass to perform the sandblasting operation.

The main features of the glass sandblasting machine are as follows.

Glass with a width of 1200mm and 1800mm can be sandblasted.

Curved glasses can be sandblasted.

The number of nozzles can be increased to increase sandblasting speed.

Automatic filter cleaning system is available.

The machine separates the crushed granules automatically.

In the sandblasting process, high-pressure sandblasting sand is used to strike air and metal. By performing the bombardment process for air and metal to come into contact, the sandblasting machine ensures the cleaning of the metal.
