TOLER-MAK pipe sandblasting machines are custom-made sandblasting machines produced in the desired diameter for the customer. These machines are used for removing dirt, scale, rust, and other residues on the pipe surface before coating and painting.

In sandblasting performed using suitable abrasives, the desired roughening can also be achieved. The sandblasting machine consists of main body (cabin), elevator, separator, filter, turbines, screw conveyor, cyclone, cylinders, dust collector, covers, and control panel units.

Our machines that perform sandblasting at SA 2.5 surface quality are offered to you with the standard option of turbine speed control device, material input-output sensors in the cabin, and conveyor speed control device. Covers that can be easily changed according to pipe diameters are manufactured to be wear-resistant.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PIPE SANDBLASTING MACHINE

The material to be sandblasted is placed on the conveyor in a safe manner. The material feed rate at the entrance and exit of the sandblasting machine can be adjusted with the material speed control system. The speed adjustment is done with the speed control unit. The steel balls poured into the machine from underneath and above the main body of the sandblasting machine can be sandblasted without turning the material with a single shot using the turbines.

The elevator conveys the steel balls poured into the machine to the separator with buckets placed on the band. Dusty steel balls are poured into the separator through the elevator. The poured steel balls are separated from the dust with the help of a sieve. Thanks to this method, dust-free steel balls are sent to the turbines.

A filter bag is used in the system. These cloth bags have a high dust retention capacity. After the bombardment, the sandblasted clean part is safely taken from the conveyor, and now the workpiece is ready for other operations.
