Semi Automatic Shrink Packaging Machine

 

The shrink machine carries out the packaging process of the product to be packaged by wrapping it with nylon made of G03 S material, passing it through a heat tunnel, vacuuming and then cooling it. The machine consists of two main parts, the first part is the front gluing and cutting jaw, the second part is the heat tunnel and cooling fan section. The walls of the machine heat tunnel are very well insulated for heat saving. Tunnel temperature is adjusted by a sensitive thermocouple-tipped heat detection device. Since the tunnel entrances and exits are covered with heat-resistant teflon curtains, minimum heat loss is ensured. The two main parts that make up the machine are produced as a single piece or separately, depending on demand.
