Sezmak SEZ1 Single Ayran Filling and Capping Machine

Our machine operates based on the motor and reducer, taking its movement from the mechanical gearbox and rotating the turntable on top. Cups are automatically dropped from the cup sliding plate.

Filling; when the photoelectric control system detects the cup, it automatically fills it with the desired weight, a ready aluminum lid is automatically placed on the cup, and the lids are glued to the rim of the cup under the gluing head.

The date is printed under the date stamping unit.

Finished products are taken onto the conveyor belt with the help of a lifting arm.
