AUTOMATIC CONTROL

• The road line operation is provided by the Skipline electronic control unit.

• Can operate automatically or manually.

• Menus are in Turkish or English.

• The operator can program the line and gap values to be drawn.

• Can control 2 paint guns and 2 glass bead guns.

PAINT PUMP

• The system has 1 or 2 Airless Paint Pumps.

• Pump capacity is 32 Liters 140 bar.

• The paint pump is hydraulic driven, piston type.

GUNS  

• There is 1 or 2 Automatic Paint Guns working with a replaceable type nozzle and 1 Airless Hand Gun.

• The working pressure of the paint gun is 220 Bar.

• Using a replaceable and easily cleanable nozzle, it can perform horizontal marking in widths between 10 and 20 centimeters.

• There is 1 or 2 Glass Bead Guns.

GUN CARRIER SYSTEM

• Can be used on the right or left side.

• Can extend 75 cm from the outer edge of the vehicle.

• Has a rubber wheel. This way, the distance of the guns to the road surface remains constant and the line width does not change.

SOLVENT CLEANING SYSTEM

• For cleaning the paint guns and paint line, there is a solvent cleaning system with a capacity of 30 Liters.
