• It is a heavy-duty facade cleaning system that moves on a fixed single boom, double row rail mounted on the building terrace.
• Depending on the shape of the building, the boom length can vary between 6 meters and 15 meters.
• Motorized platform, non-motorized platform, and opening platforms can be used according to the project and request.
• Thanks to the hydraulic system, the facade distance of the working platform can be adjusted, and the working platform can be parked at the terrace level.
• It moves on a horizontally movable double row rail.
• With the compass at the end of the boom, it can rotate +- 45 degrees. This allows the position of the working platform on the facade to be easily adjusted.
• Thanks to the ability of the main body of the machine to rotate +-175 degrees, easy access to the desired surface on the facade is provided, and it is possible to park the working platform at the terrace level.
• All movements can be controlled from the control panel on the machine and from the panel on the working platform.
• Optionally, a cable control or steel rope inner cable control system can be implemented.
• Double safety rope, carrying safety ropes, overload mechanism, limit switches, mechanical and magnetic brakes provide a safe working environment and minimize operator errors.
• The TM40 facade cleaning system can be used for buildings up to 300 meters.
• It is produced and installed in accordance with European standards EN1808.
